Appointments can be made by telephone, online (if you have registered via Patient Access) or by calling in at the reception desk.
When making an appointment the Receptionist will ask you for further details on the reason for the appointment. The Receptionist is not being nosey, she needs this information to see whether the appointment is more suited with another clinician or to ensure the length of the appointment time is correct as you may need a longer appointment. Please do not be offended by this request. Anything you tell our staff is kept strictly confidential, but this information will enable us to help you to be seen more quickly.
We always try to minimise the waiting time for you and, whilst we try to see you at the appointed time, some patients’ appointments may take longer than the time allocated, so please be patient if there is some delay.
